Our study delves into the city’s extensive documentation to uncover the origins of Bengaluru’s morphology. Hidden within the modern metro lines, IT corridors, and real estate developments, lies the essence of a city that has thrived since the 16th century.
Extending beyond mere architectural interpretation through maps, drawings, and other archival materials, the research will include aspirations, memories, and daily realities, striving for a comprehensive understanding that surpasses a solely functional or pragmatic perspective.
