Bangalore Under Construction
Held at the BLR Design Centre, from 14th to 18th July 2025, Under Construction: Bangalore in Progress was an immersive exhibition that critically examined Bengaluru’s big-budget mobility infrastructure projects through a citizen-focused lens. Featuring large-scale mapping of over 200 projects, interactive data visualisations, and hands-on activity zones, the exhibition invited visitors to question what “progress” really means for the city’s mobility.

Reimagining Bengaluru’s Waterscapes
On 25th June 2025, the Mod Foundation, in collaboration with Purpose, hosted a workshop on Reimagining Urban Waterscapes of Bengaluru as part of our ongoing Building a Resilient Bengaluru campaign. This gathering marked the beginning of what we hope will become a series of conversations dedicated to transforming the city’s stormwater drains into resilient, inclusive public spaces that not only manage water but also enrich the everyday lives of residents.

We are happy to announce that Mod Foundation along with Oorvani Foundation has been awarded a grant by the Bengaluru Sustainability Forum as part of their Small Grants Programme to develop and build a dashboard on stormwater in the city of Bangalore.
